Illumity ("we," "our," or "the App") is an AI-powered image generation application for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Illuma. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Account Information

When you sign up using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier provided by the authentication service. We do not receive or store your passwords from these third-party services.

2.2 User-Generated Content

We collect the text prompts you submit to generate images. Generated images are stored on our servers and associated with your account so you can access them through the App.

2.3 Purchase & Credit Data

We record in-app purchase transactions and credit balances to manage your account. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we do not collect or store payment card details.

2.4 Usage & Device Data

We may collect basic device information (device model, OS version) and usage analytics (feature interactions, session duration) to improve the App. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual users.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to: provide and operate the image generation service; manage your account, credits, and purchase history; store and display your generated images; improve the App’s performance and features; communicate important service updates; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

Illuma relies on third-party AI services to generate images from your text prompts. Your prompts are transmitted to these services for processing. We select providers with appropriate data handling practices, but we encourage you to avoid including personal or sensitive information in your prompts. Third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple) handle sign-in according to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using iOS Keychain. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and generated images for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and generated images within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

Illuma is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
